On campus students will receive a copy in their residence hall room in late September and Early April. Off campus students receive a copy by US mail each semester.

Oregon State University
New edition is in student's mailboxes the first week of classes each quarter. Off campus students receive a copy via US Postal Service each quarter.

Palouse Community Survival Kit
Direct mail to permanent residents. Mailed to 16,000 homes in Moscow and Pullman in May and October.

University of Idaho
